For these reasons, Pure Lana offers a personal service designed to meet the individual needs of our customers. If you reside within a 30-mile radius of London and the Home Counties*, we will bring our product range to you so you can truly visualise the products in your home. This complimentary, no obligation to buy service is offered in 2 easy steps:

• Step 1: Tell us about your home, your furniture style, preferred colour choices and budget. If available, send us some fabric/colour swatches. We will put together a suitable selection of sample throws, cushions, cosy footstools and blankets for you to choose from.
• Step 2: We will visit you in your home at a pre-agreed date and time to show you the range and work along side you to check the suitability of the products to your needs. Remember, if the products are not quite what you are looking for, you are under no obligation to purchase.
